What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 jerseys — one squad or one tour party is a normal order — with bulk tiers as quantities grow.
How fast will my jerseys arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished jerseys ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when a fixture or tour date is fixed.
Where does a rugby jersey actually fail?
The shoulder seam first and the collar second, and almost never the fabric. It is the one shirt in sport designed to be grabbed and pulled, so reinforcement at those two points is the whole specification.
What is the difference between player fit and relaxed fit?
Player fit is deliberately close through the body, because a loose jersey gives a tackler a handle. Relaxed fit is longer and easier and is what supporters and training squads actually want. Most clubs order both from one artwork.
Sublimated or heat-pressed numbers?
Sublimated, always, on a polyester-rich shirt. Heat-pressed numbers lift at the corners after enough scrums and washes. Sublimated numbers are dyed into the fibre and physically cannot peel.
Can you sublimate the traditional cotton jersey?
No. Sublimation bonds to polyester, so on the heavyweight cotton weave the decoration is embroidery or twill applique instead. We will tell you that before you design around it, not after.
Will you copy an existing club or international jersey?
No. We will not reproduce a crest, kit design or sponsor mark that belongs to somebody else. Send your own crest, or our design team will draw you one free, and we can build anything from there.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team lays it out for a jersey. A chest panel is a different canvas from a letterhead and most crests need simplifying rather than scaling.
