Nobody has ever returned a jersey because of the fabric.
Customized Rugby Jerseys makes rugby shirts to order — player-fit match jerseys, relaxed supporter and training shirts, traditional cotton weaves, fully sublimated club kits, touch and age-grade jerseys and short-run tour shirts.

A rugby jersey is the only shirt in sport built on the assumption that somebody will take hold of it and pull. Everything that matters about it follows from that, and none of it is the fabric.
It fails at the shoulder seam first and the collar second. So those are the two things we specify before anything else, and the two things we would ask any other supplier about before believing a word of the rest.
The third thing is fit, which on this garment is a tactical decision rather than a styling one: a loose jersey is a handle.
Why we exist
Most rugby shirts sold as custom are leisure shirts with a rugby-shaped print on them.
A single-stitched shoulder seam opens before the season is out. A single-stitched collar tears out and takes a piece of the yoke with it. Heat-pressed numbers curl at the corners after enough scrums and enough tumble dryers. A player-fit shirt sold to a supporter comes back as a return. We build around all four, because those are the complaints, and none of them are visible in a photograph.
What we actually make
Player-fit match jerseys with twin-needle reinforced shoulder and side seams and a bonded collar. The same construction in a relaxed cut for supporters and training, because those are different people with different requirements. Heavyweight traditional cotton weaves with a rigid twill collar and soft rubber buttons — soft because a hard button is a hazard in contact. Fully sublimated club kits where the hoops, the sponsor panels and every individual squad number are dyed into the fibre. Light, fast-drying shirts for touch, sevens and age-grade rugby, sized by age band rather than by S-M-L. And short-run tour and anniversary jerseys with a different name on every back.
Everything is bagged and labelled per player or per age band, because the person handing them out is never the person who ordered them.
What we will not do
We will not reproduce a crest, kit design or sponsor mark that belongs to somebody else. Not a club’s, not a union’s, not a country’s. Send us your own crest, or let our design team draw you one for free, and everything after that is straightforward.
We will also not sublimate a cotton jersey, whatever anybody else has told you. Sublimation bonds to polyester. On the traditional weave the decoration is embroidery or twill applique, and we would rather say so before you design around it.
How we price
No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with fabric, construction, decoration and quantity. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one.
On fit
Tell us whether the shirts are for players or for supporters, because the answer changes the pattern. Player fit is close through the body on purpose. Relaxed fit is longer and easier and is what sells in the shop.
Most clubs order both from one artwork, which costs almost nothing extra and prevents the single most common complaint in this category.
